Proposal · clients, store, AI agent, course
Clients already find you. They just can't find where to book.
You want more manicure and pedicure clients, a store that makes at least a few thousand dollars a month, and less time in your DMs. I looked at your site, your Instagram, your booking page and the Atlanta market. The main thing: you have 7,700 followers and a working GlossGenius booking page, but your Instagram, your site and Google don't point to it. So almost every new client has to DM you. First I fix that path and the store. Then I set up an AI agent that answers the easy questions for you. We build the course once your filming is done.
$2,400
Stage 1: clients and store. 3 weeks, fixed price.
Week 1
Your Book button goes live on Instagram, Facebook, Google and your site.
$1,500
Stage 2: AI agent for your DMs. Then $400 a month, cancel any month.
$3,000
Stage 3: Russian course up to 3 hours, once filming is done. English version +$1,000.
What I saw
Everything below comes from public sources on 5 October 2026: your site, Instagram, GlossGenius, Shop app and Google.
What already works
- 7,741 followers and 350 posts on @nails_atlanta_dasha. People see your work.
- GlossGenius booking with prices, a team of three and a cancellation policy.
- 355 products in the store, and orders come in through the Shop app.
- The site is already set up for English, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian.
- A strong story: a nail tech since 2015 who teaches Russian manicure.
Where clients slip away
- The link in your Instagram profile goes to the store, not to booking.
- I couldn't find a Google profile for the studio. No Google reviews, and one review on GlossGenius.
- The site has no Book button and no services page, even though services are your main income.
- In the catalog, all 355 products list "NailSupplyAtlanta" instead of the real brand. There are 24 duplicates, one item at $0 and 17 without a photo. Shop app and Google can't sort by brand.
- The homepage still shows a Valentine's slide. The "Classes" page is empty and shows placeholder products at $19.99. The blog has a post called "test-post".
- Different names and cities: Buford on the site, Roswell on the booking page. That confuses Google.
- From the outside I can't see any automatic emails (welcome, abandoned cart). We'll check together.
Your goals and my answer
| What you want | Stage | What I do |
| More manicure and pedicure clients | Stage 1 | A Book button everywhere, a Google profile, a review request after each visit, a reminder to rebook after 3 weeks. |
| A store that makes at least a few thousand $ a month | Stage 1 | A clean catalog with brands, Russian manicure kits, product reviews, "time to restock" emails, Google Shopping and Shop app. |
| Instagram, Facebook, Google and Shop app | Stage 1 | Every channel leads to one of three doors: Book, Shop, Learn. |
| Less time in DMs | Stage 1 + 2 | Free Meta auto-replies first. Then an AI agent: it answers the easy ones and sends you the rest as drafts in Telegram. |
| Find clients in groups | Stage 2 | The agent spots "looking for a nail tech" posts and drafts a reply. You post it yourself, from your own account. |
| Online course | Stage 3 | Editing, slides, an avatar for intros, your voice, and sales right in your store, bundled with a tool kit. |

Stage 1. Clients and store
Weeks 1-3. This pays off fastest and costs least, so it comes first.
Booking everywhere
- A link page in your Instagram profile: Book, Shop, Classes.
- A Book button on Instagram, your Facebook page and the site header.
- A Google profile for the Roswell studio: services, prices, photos, booking straight from Google.
- A GlossGenius cleanup: typos, Russian and English service names, photos of your work.
- One name and one city everywhere, so Google doesn't get confused.
Reviews and repeat visits
- After each visit, the client gets a request for a Google review. Nearby competitors win on reviews, not on price.
- At 3 weeks, a reminder: "time for a refresh", with the booking link.
- "Bring a friend": both get a discount. You pick the amount.
- A services page on the site: price menu, before and after, FAQ, policies, map.
A store that sells
- Catalog: real brands (Staleks, Kmiz, Luna, Milv and more), product types, duplicates merged, the $0 item fixed, proper tags.
- A new homepage: three doors, best sellers, your photos, a seasonal banner. Valentine's, "test-post" and the empty Classes page go. Mobile gets fixed.
- Russian manicure kits at three price levels. That lifts the order size; today a typical item costs about $12.
- A free-shipping threshold and product reviews (Judge.me).
Sales without you
- Emails in Russian and English: welcome, abandoned cart, "time to restock", win-back.
- Google Shopping and Google Analytics: products in Google search, and you can see what works.
- Shop app: a polished store page and Shop Campaigns, where you only pay for a new buyer.
- Free Meta auto-replies: prices, booking link, address. Live from week one.
I edit the catalog through Shopify's official staff access. You see and approve the list before anything changes.
Stage 2. AI agent for your DMs
Weeks 3-5. The agent works through Meta's official connection, not by logging into your account. It only answers from a knowledge base you've approved.
A client messages you on Instagram or Facebook.
ManyChat, an official Meta partner, passes the message to your agent.
The agent looks up the answer in your knowledge base: prices, policies, address, aftercare, shipping.
It sends easy answers itself, marked "automated reply". Everything else goes to your Telegram: approve, edit, or answer yourself.
Answers itself
- Prices and services
- Booking link
- Address, hours, parking
- Aftercare
- "Where's my order?" with tracking from Shopify
Asks you first
- Reschedules and open slots
- Custom designs from a photo
- Questions about the course and classes
- Wholesale orders from nail techs
Only you
- Money, refunds, deposits
- Complaints
- Nail and skin health
- Exceptions to your policies
New clients from groupsYou turn on notifications in 4-6 groups and chats where your clients are. The agent spots "looking for a nail tech" posts and drafts a reply. You post it yourself.
Morning briefEvery morning in Telegram, in Russian: today's bookings, new orders, what's running low, who's waiting for a reply, new reviews.
Restock helperOnce a week: what sold, what's running low, a ready reorder list.
The agent runs on its own server with its own memory. Your data is never mixed with other clients.
Stage 3. Online course
We start when you tell me the filming is done. About 4 weeks to launch.
I transcribe your footage and build the module plan. You approve the plan and scripts.
The core is your hands, filmed up close. Technique is what people pay for, and an avatar can't fake it.
Your AI avatar (HeyGen) only for intros, theory and recaps. Narration in your own cloned voice (ElevenLabs) from approved scripts.
Slides and diagrams: cuticle zones, bit shapes, grit. Editing plus Russian and English captions.
Where to sell it
- Right inside your Shopify store (the Tevello app, $29 a month, no fee on sales).
- Your edge: "course + tool kit" in one purchase. You teach and you sell the tools.
- A price ladder to discuss: mini course $97-197, full course with kit $299-499, an in-person class in Roswell.
- I looked at Skool too. I don't recommend it to start: it's a separate platform that takes 10% on the basic plan, and your buyers are already on Shopify. We can add a community later if there's demand.
Staying safe with the state
- We say "certificate of completion", not "certification" or "CE". The page says the course doesn't grant a license.
- On video: disinfection, single-use files, and work on dead tissue only. Georgia Board rules require it.
- Before scaling, we send a short inquiry to Georgia's private education commission (GNPEC).
What I won't do
This protects your income
- I won't log into your Instagram or Facebook through a browser as you. Meta bans it, and your Instagram is how clients book you. A ban would cost more than any time saved.
- No automatic comments in groups. Admins ban that fast.
- No cold messages, and no automatic messages more than 24 hours after the client's last message.
- I never hold your passwords. Only official connections you can switch off with one click.
What stays with you
- Approving copy, prices and the agent's knowledge base.
- Answering the hard questions in Telegram (usually a few taps a day).
- Posting in groups from your own account.
- Filming the course and photographing your work.

You pay for the services below directly, not to me. I help you pick the plan and set everything up.
| Service | What for | Cost |
| GlossGenius Gold | Booking straight from Google. If you're already on this plan, nothing changes. | $48-56/mo |
| ManyChat Pro | Official connection between the agent and Instagram/Facebook | $29/mo |
| Judge.me | Product reviews | free |
| Tevello | Course inside Shopify, from course launch | $29/mo |
| HeyGen + ElevenLabs | Avatar and voice, only while we produce the course | ~$51/mo |
What I need from you
- Staff access to Shopify. I'll send a request; no password needed.
- Access to Instagram and your Facebook page through Meta Business Suite, plus GlossGenius access.
- Do you already have a Google profile? If not, we'll create it together (Google sends a verification code).
- 20-30 of your best work photos and a few photos of you.
- Your margins on top sellers, so we price the kits and the free-shipping threshold right.
- Common questions from your DMs. Screenshots are fine; I'll write the answers and you correct them.
Next step
A 30-minute call, then we start with booking.
I'll ask a few questions: how many messages a week, which groups have brought you clients, your GlossGenius plan, and how Nonna and Anhelina take bookings. The Book button goes live everywhere that same week.
Payment: 50% when a stage starts, 50% when you see it working.
